Ingredients
  • Bajra Flour
  • Ajwain
  • Coriander ( optional)
  • Curd
  • Lukewarm water ( for kneading the dough)
  • Bajre ki roti is sure to become your weight loss journey partner after you hear how simple it is to make and just how delicious it is, not forgetting how healthy they are.

    • Mix bajra flour, add a little bit of curd and lukewarm water for making dough soft for kneading.
    • Then, add little salt and ajwain seeds to the mixture and also knead the dough again.
    • Keep the dough aside for 15- 20 minutes.
    • Divide the dough into small parts and then make balls out of the dough.
    • Roll the dough to make chapatis.
    • Cook the chapatis over a hot griddle and then cook from both sides.
    • Then, let it cook and serve hot.
    • Wrap it with foil paper to keep it warm.
