  • 25 gms rolled oats
  • 50 gms besan flour
  • 100 gms whole wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp A2 desi ghee
  • 2 tbsp raw organic jaggery
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp roasted and ground flaxseed powder
  • 1 pinch cardamom powder

    Baked Atta cookies recipe
    • Beat ghee until light and fluffy.
    • Then add jaggery and beat well.
    • Add all the flours one by one and beat until you can see the air pockets and the texture gets creamy.
    • Lastly, add 1 tsp baking powder and mix. Knead it into a dough.
    • Now, make 2-inch size round balls and bake in a preheated oven (preheated for 5 minutes) at 180 degrees celsius for 15-20 minutes.
    • Relish the traditional Indian cookies with a cup of masala tea.
