  • Baking powder - 1 tbsp
  • Eggs - 3 nos
  • Vanilla essence - 2 drops
  • Mashed Bananas - 2 nos
  • Butter - 30 gms
  • Coffee - 1tbsp
  • Banana flour - 400 gms
  • It’s the recipe that comes to mind first when we have leftover bananas. This is the best banana bread recipe. And, if you haven’t tried it yet, now’s the time.

    Banana Bread
    • Mash the bananas.
    • Add 3 eggs to the mix. Then add butter to it. Keep it aside.
    • Now let’s prepare the dry ingredients.
    • Then, add all the ingredients after sifting them in the wet mixture.
    • Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
    • Then put the prepared mixture on the tray.
    • Now Bake again for 30 minutes.
