  • 3-5 bay leaves
  • 1 stick cinnamon or 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 cups of water
  • Stevia

    1. Firstly, in a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
    2. Add bay leaves and then cinnamon to the water.
    3. And keep it on sim for 10-20 minutes.
    4. Then, strain, add stevia (optional).
