    STEP 2: Heat the olive oil in a nonstick frying pan, then sauté the garlic and spring onions for two minutes.

    STEP 3: Stir-fry the potatoes, corn, green peas, and mushrooms for 2 to 5 minutes. Then, add the capsicum after that and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

    STEP 4: Add salt, black pepper, and paprika powder now, and saute for 2 mins. After taking it off the heat, split it into four halves. 

    STEP 5: Apply butter to the bread slice and place on a hot pan and crisp-toast on both sides. Similarly, toast each piece of bread.

    • Butter – 1 Tsp
    • Yeast – 10 gms
    • Sugar – ¾ Teaspoon
    • Salt – ¾ Teaspoon
