  • Garlic - 1tsp
  • Olive oil - 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 tbsp
  • Mint leaves (chopped) - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Oregano/Herbs - As per your choice
  • Roasted peanuts (unsalted) - 1tbsp
  • Black pepper - 1 Pinch
  • This Carrot lemon salad recipe is a delicate balance of raw carrot, sweet lemon juice, olive oil, peanuts, and herbs. Moreover, the raw carrots benefit in the best ways possible combined with the sweet lemon.

    CARROT SALAD
    • Firstly, wash the carrots and grate them finely.
    • Finely chop the garlic, coriander and mint leaves.
    • Now, in a mixing bowl, add grated carrots.
