How to make it

  1. Wash the cauliflower and discard the leaves. Chop into small florets. Run the florets through the food processor with a grating attachment to create small, rice like pieces.
  2. Take a large skillet and heat it. Add the shredded cauliflower to the skillet. Saute for 5 minutes or until tender, and season it with salt and pepper.
