Ingredients
  • Chia Seeds - 1/2Cup
  • Seasonal Fresh Fruits - 1 Cup
  • Cashew Nuts – 3-4
  • Soaked Almonds – 5-6
  • Vanilla Extract – 1 Tbsp
  • Low Fat Milk - 1 ½ Cup
  • Date Syrup – 1-2 Tbsp
