Chicken Cutlet Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp of fresh ginger+ garlic paste
  • 2-3 tbsp chopped spring onions
  • Pinch of Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp finely chopped green chilies
  • 150 gms chicken breast (minced)
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp besan to bind
  • 1 tsp cooking oil

    • Take the minced chicken.
    • Mix all the ingredients and then make them into round cutlets using besan.
    • Smear the oil on cutlets and then cook on the pan in steam with the lid.
    • Then, brush the cutlets with oil and use an air fryer.
    • Serve hot with homemade mint chutney.
