Ingredients
1 tsp of fresh ginger+ garlic paste
2-3 tbsp chopped spring onions
Pinch of Himalayan pink salt
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chilies
150 gms chicken breast (minced)
1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
2 tbsp besan to bind
1 tsp cooking oil

Take the minced chicken. Mix all the ingredients and then make them into round cutlets using besan. Smear the oil on cutlets and then cook on the pan in steam with the lid. Then, brush the cutlets with oil and use an air fryer. Serve hot with homemade mint chutney.
