Ingredients
  • Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp
  • Boneless Chicken - 250gm
  • Salt - 1 Tsp or As Required
  • Curd - 1/2 Cup
  • Bread Crumbs - 1 1/2 Cup
  • Eggs - 2
  • Black Pepper - 1 tsp
  • Paprika - 1Tsp
  • Herbs - 1 Tsp
  • Oil - 2 Tsp or As Required

    1. Firstly wash the chicken nicely and pat dry.
    2. Secondly, in a bowl marinate the chicken with curd, salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, ginger and garlic paste. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
    3. Then in one bowl, add whisked egg. And in another bowl, add a flour mixture made with salt, garlic powder, black pepper, mixed herbs and paprika.
    4. Again in a separate bowl, add bread crumbs.
    5. Take the chicken once marinated nicely and dip each piece in egg, followed by flour mixture then in bread crumbs.
    6. Now in a pan add some oil, once it is heated add the chicken nuggets to it. Cook until they are golden brown and crisp.
    7. Your chicken nuggets are ready to be served hot.
