How to make it

  1. Peel the bananas and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Freeze them for 1 or 2 hours on a plate lined with parchment paper.
  3. Put the bananas into a blender, add low fat milk and 1 tsp vanilla essence and blend until smooth.
  4. When the mixture is smooth, add the unsweetened cocoa powder and blend well.
  5. For a firm chocolate banana nice cream, transfer it back to the freezer for at least an hour.
  6. ENJOY!
