  • 250 ml boiling water
  • Pepper powder: 1 1/2 tsp (one and a half teaspoon)
  • turmeric powder: 1 1/2 tsp (one and a half tablespoon)
  • ginger powder: 1 -1 1/2 tsp (one and a half tablespoon)
  • cinnamon powder: 1 1/2 tsp (one and a half tablespoon)
  • This flat tummy drink recipe is an effective yet simple home remedy. It can work out to cut down your excess belly fat along with a healthy diet.

    • Into a cup add 1/3 to 1/2 tsp of the mix.
    • Then add in 1 cup of boiling water.
    • Mix well and allow it to steep for about 10 mins and then have it.
    • But make sure you stir it once or twice before drinking.
