- Soak deseeded dates in milk/ almond milk for 15-20 min.
- Take 2- banana and above-soaked dates, add cinnamon powder to it and blend.
- Sieve oats flour in a bowl, add the dates blend it in the flour and, mix it well.
- Then add dry fruits, sesame seeds and 1/2tsp baking soda and, 1/4tsp of baking powder and mix it well.
- Grease oil in the mold and place the parchment paper.
- Then, pour the mixture over it and then garnish it with almonds, raisins, and walnuts.
- Bake the cake for 30 min at 180C.
