  • Green Moong Sprouts - 1/2 cup
  • Matki Sprouts - 1/2 cup
  • Black Chana Sprouts - 1/2 cup
  • Cumin powder - ¼ tsp
  • Black pepper powder - ¼ tsp
  • Amchur powder - ¼ tsp
  • Fresh Dahi/curd - 1 cup
  • Salt as per taste
  • Toasted Brown Bread crumbs
  • Chopped onion - 1 tbsp
  • Green Chutney - 1 tbsp
  • Pomegranate seeds - 2 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice
  • Chopped coriander

    How To Prepare Sprout Dahi Chaat

    • In a large bowl add all the 3 sprouts, matki, moong, and black chana.
    • Then, add black pepper powder, cumin powder, amchur powder, and salt.
    • Mix well and keep it aside.
    • In a bowl add fresh Dahi and beat evenly till there are no lumps.
    • To assemble the sprouts chaat, spread a layer of sprouts.
    • Top it up with dahi.
    • Add a spoonful of green chutney on top.
    • Then, add chopped onions and tomatoes.
    • Finally top it with fresh lemon juice, fresh coriander, and pomegranate seeds.
    • Serve immediately.
