Ingredients
  • Olive oil - 1 tsp
  • Ginger and Garlic Paste -1/2 tsp
  • Carrots - 1/4 (diced)
  • Peas - 20 g
  • Beans - 5 (chopped)
  • Capsicum - 1/2 (chopped)
  • Lemon - 1/2
  • Cabbage -1/3 (chopped)
  • Corn flour - 1/2 tsp
  • pink salt as per taste
  • Mixed Herbs - 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp

    How To Make Healthy Vegetable Soup

    • Firstly, in a pan heat 1 tsp oil and saute ginger garlic paste.
    • Secondly, add carrot vegetable, beans, capsicum, cabbage, and peas, and stir fry for about a minute.
    • Now add 2 cups water and pink salt. mix well.
    • Furthermore, cover and let it boil until the vegetables are totally cooked.
    • Next, in a small bowl take corn flour and water, mix well and avoid any lumps.
    • Pour the mixture and boil until the soup get thickens.
    • In addition to that add lemon, mixed herbs, chili flakes, and pepper powder, and mix well.
    • Finally, your hot and healthy vegetable soup is ready!

    Tips:

    • You can also add coriander on top if you like.
    • The corn flour mixture is optional but if you want thick consistency make sure to add it.
    • Also, Vegetables need to be finely chopped.
