  • Lemon- 1
  • Turmeric Powder- 1/4 tsp
  • Mustard Seeds-1/2 tsp
  • Curry Leaves- 15-20
  • Coriander Leaves- a handful
  • Olive oil- 1 tsp
  • Poha- 2 cups
  • Green Chilies- 2
  • Boiled Peas, beans, capsicum- 1/4 cup each
  • Salt- as per taste
