About the role:
We are looking to hire dedicated Business Excellence Manager, whose primary responsibility will be to drive and execute process improvement initiatives and optimize workflows to enhance Fitelo client experience.
We need a professional who has:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in business process optimization or consulting.
- Proven experience in managing process improvement projects and initiatives using Lean Six Sigma
methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with
cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using process mapping and visualization tools.
- Passion about delivering exceptional client experience.
Specifically, you will:
- Continuously map the user journey and identify areas for improvement that enhance the client experience.
- Conduct time and motion (T&M) studies to identify process efficiencies and team-level utilization of resources.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, to identify gaps and develop effective strategies that address identified issues.
- Develop and implement process improvement projects that streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve overall operational efficiency using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
- Apply consulting methodologies to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) that enhance overall process efficiency and comply with industry best practices.
- Conduct data-driven analyses to identify process improvement opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on their potential impact and feasibility.
- Utilize industry-standard methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, to drive process improvements and provide expert recommendations to stakeholders.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented process changes and making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
- Develop and deliver process improvement training to team members as required.
- Create and maintain process documentation/SOPs to ensure compliance with establishe procedures and enable effective knowledge transfer.
