Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 cup Jowar Flour
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves, Finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Curry leaves, Finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Jowar Rava
  • 1/2 cup Onion, Finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Rice Flour
  • 1 tsp Carom seeds or Ajwain
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste

    Jowar Dosa Recipe
    • Firstly, Add Jowar Flour, Rice flour, and Jowar Rava in a big bowl.
    • Then, add finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, and curry leaves to it.
    • Next, sprinkle carom seeds and salt on it.
    • Now crush the mixture well and then add water.
    • Whisk it carefully to make it lump-free. 
    • Then, add water again if needed to maintain the consistency of the batter.
    • Make sure that the batter is not too thin or thick. 
    • Till then, heat a flat pan or dosa tawa on medium flame.
    • Take a ladle and give a dive into the batter.
    • Now spread the batter over the hot tawa.
    • Heat it. Then sprinkle little olive oil over the dosa. 
    • Cover it with a lid and cook this for 2 minutes.
    • After that, lift the lid carefully and shift the dosa on a plate.
    • Again do the same procedure with the remaining batter.
    • Finally, the wait is over.
    • And our Jowar Dosa is ready to serve.
