Ingredients
  • 1/2 katori boiled kala chana
  • 1 tsp of chopped peppers
  • 1/4 tsp chives
  • 1/2 tsp Haldi
  • 1 tsp chopped coriander+ mint leaves
  • Chopped green chilies-to taste
  • 1 tbsp of besan to bind
  • Garam masala - to taste
  • 1tsp ginger- garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Today we are making a Kala chana cutlet which is really delicious. Moreover, Kala chana is an ideal food for diabetic patients. One serving of black chickpea contains 13 grams of dietary fiber.

    • Take all the vegetables.
    • Then, cook them separately, finely mash them.
    • Now, mix all the spices and use besan for binding and then make it into round cutlets.
    • Shallow fry in a non-stick pan or you can also use an air fryer.
    • Serve hot.
