Ingredients
  • Garam Masala - 1/4 Tsp
  • Chicken - 1 LB
  • Garlic Powder - 1 And 1/2 Tsp
  • Curd - 2 Tsp
  • Black Pepper - 1/2 Tsp
  • Paprika - 1/2 to 1 Tsp
  • Salt - 3/4 to 1 Tsp
  • Egg Whites - 2
  • Onion Powder - 1 Tsp
  • Bread Crumbs - 2 Cups
  • Olive Oil - As Required

    KFC popcorn Chicken
    1. Firstly clean the chicken properly and cut the chicken into even tiny pieces.
    2. Secondly, in a bowl add chicken along with curd, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, and garam masala.
    3. Mix well and refrigerate it for 30 minutes to 8 hours.
    4. Then, add egg white and mix well to make the batter thick and moist.
    5. Now, on a plate, add bread crumbs and coat each piece of chicken with it.
    6. On a medium flame, in a pan, heat oil and shallow fry these coated pieces of chicken.
    7. Your KFC-style popcorns are ready. Enjoy it with homemade chutney.

    Tips:

    • The more time you marinate the chicken, the more flavourful it will taste.
    • Make sure that the oil is hot enough before you place the chicken into it.
    • When you add chicken in oil, do not touch them for at least 2 minutes as the bread crumbs might fall off.
    • It is important to remove the fallen bread crumbs from the oil before you add chicken to it.
