  • Kiwi (prefer fresh) or frozen ones as per availability
  • Orange, lemon, cucumber
  • 1/2 TSP Chia seeds

    • Blend chilled (optional) water, chunks of cucumber, half tsp of chia seeds, kiwi, add orange and blend smooth, can add few drops of lemon. (Can add ice cubes as per desire)
