Ingredients
  • 10 - 12 cloves garlic peeled and chopped
  • Bunch Methi cleaned, washed and chopped. (use the tender stalks too)
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
  • Onions large chopped
  • a pinch of Hing
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • This cholesterol-friendly Lasuni Methi Sabji provides you with all the necessary required nutritional value.

    • Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
    • Add garlic, cumin seeds, onion, tomato puree, garam masala and red chilli powder.
    • Now, let it cook well.
    • Then, add methi leaves, salt, mustard seeds, and hing, and now let it cook on low flame for some time.
    • Keep stirring.
    • And, once methi is cooked, cook it on full flame for a little while.
    • Also, make sure to serve it hot.
