Ingredients
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • Remaining filling: 1 -diced onion 1- diced tomato 1- diced bell pepper 1/2 cup Coriander chopped & Lettuce iceberg each
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp Jeera powder
  • 100 gms minced chicken breast
  • Barbeque sauce
  • Oil for frying
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • 1- bunch spring onion (white and green separately chopped)
  • ¼ " ginger minced
  • Salt as required

    • Heat oil in skillet and fry chicken mince lightly add ginger and garlic.
    • Saute until fragrant.
    • Now add turmeric powder, chili powder, and jeera powder.
    • Stir for 1 minute on medium heat. Remove from heat.
    • Toss together chopped vegetables with the cooled chicken mixture, add lime juice, chopped coriander, and bbq sauce.
    • Spoon the mixture into the lettuce leaves, roll and serve.
