  • Few slit green chilies
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Onions, chopped - 2 nos
  • Cumin/jeera powder - 1 tsp
  • For The Garnish - 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (Dhania)
  • Tomato, chopped - 1 nos
  • Boneless chicken - 500 gms
  • Yogurt - 1/2 cups
  • Salt
  • Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric/Haldi - 1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
  • This Low-fat Dahi chicken recipe is easy to prepare and this recipe also contains a mixture of spices to give an existing rush to your taste buds.

    Low-fat Dahi chicken recipe
    • Take the yogurt and mix in the cumin powder, garlic paste, garam masala, haldi, and red chili powder. Mix with hands.
    • Put the chicken into this and add slit chilies. Then, keep aside for 30 minutes.
    • Now heat 2 tsp oil in a pan and add onions. Now, cook till translucent and soft.
    • Then, add the tomatoes. Cook for a minute and add all the chicken and marinade.
    • Keep cooking till the gravy reaches the consistency you like.
    • If you like it drier, cook a little bit more till yogurt curdles around the chicken. Check for salt.
    • Garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy.
