  • Mango - 1 (Peeled and Diced)
  • Curd/Yogurt - 1 cup
  • Ice - 1 cup (Crushed)
  • Cardamom Powder - 1 Pinch
  • Satisfy your hunger pangs with this refreshing mango smoothie, which are simple to make as a healthy breakfast or sweet snack.

    • To begin mango smoothie recipe, wash peel and then dice the mango.
    • Then, in a blender, combine the mango and curd.
    • Now add cardamom powder. 
    • Blend thoroughly.
    • Pour into a glass with ice cubes.
    • ENJOY!
