  • Chilled water - 100ml
  • Cumin seeds powder- ½ tsp roasted
  • Ice cubes - 4 to 5
  • Black salt (kala namak) - pinch
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Ginger paste - ½ tsp
  • Curry leaves - 3 to 4
  • The Masala Chaas recipe is an easy and a quick beverage. Chaas is not only a cooling drink but also aids digestion and is the best beverage to combat dehydration and the summer heat. People frequently drink this beverage after a heavy or spicy meal.

    How To Make Masala Chaas

    • Firstly, add curd, black salt, roasted cumin seeds powder in a high-speed blender and blend this mixture well.
    • After that add 1 tsp of mint, curry leaves and ginger paste to the blender.
    • Blend it till all the ingredients mix well together and add chilled water.
    • Now add ice cubes and blend well again. Your masala chaas is ready.
    • Take a highball glass, pour the chaas and serve chilled.
