  • Dry Roasted makhana - 1 cup
  • Ghee / White butter - 1 tsp
  • Dry Roasted Chana daal - 2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves - 20 nos
  • Red chili powder - ¼ tsp
  • Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
  • Dry Mango powder - 1 tsp
  • Himalayan pink salt
  • Masala Makhana Recipe is an easy and quick healthy snack made with lotus seed and dry spices. The recipe hardly takes any extra taam jhaam and is known for its simplicity and taste.

    Masala Makhana Recipe
    • Heat ghee/butter in a pan.
    • Add curry leaves, mustard seeds, and chana dal, and heat on low flame.
    • Then, mix dry spices.
    • Finally, add in makhanas and then cook till crisp. Enjoy.
