  • Mango Mishti Doi is the summer-friendly, fruity version of Mishti Doi, the famous dessert from the streets of Kolkata. What’s better- It is completely sugar-free! Moreover, the probiotic goodness of curd makes it the best choice for gut health. If we combine it with the super-nutritious mango, then

    • Take the mango, peel and chop it.
    • Blend it in a blender until a smooth paste is obtained.
    • To make the paste thinner or more slurry-like so that it mixes well with the curd and doesn’t leave any lumps, stir it for 5-10 minutes in a pan.
    • Simultaneously, heat some milk, you do not have to completely boil it. Warm milk makes the best curd.
    • Then take a bowl and pour the milk in it. (You can take 2 separate bowls if the amount of milk is more)
    • Add curd in the milk alongwith the mango and mix it well.
    • Now keep the mixture aside for 8-10 hours at a warm place to let the mango curd or mango mishti doi set.
