Are you bored of the regular sauteed or fried veggies? Sy no more! We have brought for you our personal favourite- the Mushroom Pepper Fry Recipe! Once you try it, there is no going back! Plus it is full of nutrition and accelerates weight loss. So, what are you waiting for? Try it out!

Mushroom Pepper Fry
  1. In a blender, add chopped tomatoes and finely chopped ginger and green chillies.
  2. Also add black pepper, dried red chillies and make a puree out of them.
  3. Once the puree is ready, chop onions, capsicum and mushrooms. Wash them.
  4. Then, in a pan, add oil, cumin seeds, few curry leaves, finely chopped garlic and chopped onions. Sauté them for a few minutes.
  5. Further, add the prepared puree to the pan.
  6. Cook it for few seconds and add capsicum and then the mushrooms (You can add other veggies as per taste).
  7. Let it cook for while.
  8. Lastly, garnish with coriander leaves.
  9. Your Mushroom Pepper Fry Recipe is ready!
