Mushroom Pepper Fry

Ingredients
  • Dried red chillies- 3-4
  • Tomatoes for sautéing- 2
  • Mushroom- 4-5 bulb mushrooms
  • Onions for puree- 2
  • Capsicum- 2-3
  • Cumin seeds powder- ½ tsp
  • Chopped Ginger- ½ tsp
  • Black pepper-1 tsp
  • Curry leaves- 5-7
  • Onion For sautéing - 1 big onion
  • Chopped garlic- 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes for puree- 2
  • Green chillies-2

    Mushroom Pepper Fry
    1. In a blender, add chopped tomatoes and finely chopped ginger and green chillies.
    2. Also add black pepper, dried red chillies and make a puree out of them.
    3. Once the puree is ready, chop onions, capsicum and mushrooms. Wash them.
    4. Then, in a pan, add oil, cumin seeds, few curry leaves, finely chopped garlic and chopped onions. Sauté them for a few minutes.
    5. Further, add the prepared puree to the pan.
    6. Cook it for few seconds and add capsicum and then the mushrooms (You can add other veggies as per taste).
    7. Let it cook for while.
    8. Lastly, garnish with coriander leaves.
    9. Your Mushroom Pepper Fry Recipe is ready!
