    How To Make Oats Date Burfi

    1. Firstly, chop the almonds and grind them to powder using a high-speed grinder.
    2. Once the almond powder cools down, add oats and grind them both again till they combine to form a fine powder.
    3. Next, add dates and cocoa powder to the mixture and continue grinding for another 10 minutes till a gooey dough is formed.
    4. Move the dough to a bowl, mix well, and add a little water to retain the moisture.
    5. Place the dough on a baking tray and brush a little water on top. Keep it aside for 4-5 mins.
    6. Using a double boiler, melt the white chocolate and add a layer of white chocolate to the dough.
    7. Knead it well and let it rest for a few minutes before adding crushed Pista/ pistachios.
    8. Place the whole dough evenly on the baking tray and keep it in the refrigerator for about an hour.
    9. Once refrigerated, take out the tray and cut the burfi into desired size pieces, and enjoy.
