    • Secondly, in another pan add olive oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Now saute well.
    • Thirdly to it add chopped ginger, green chili with slit, and chopped onion. Saute it.
    • Now add chopped carrot, capsicum, beans, peas, turmeric powder and salt for taste. Then add water and cover the oan with a lid.
    • Open the lid and add water and again continue to cook. When it boils add dry roatsed oats and again cover tha pan.
    • Then add coriander leaves, some more salt if you want to, lemon juice, and grated coconut.
