  • 1 medium roughly chopped onion
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1-inch piece of ginger
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

For the curry:

  • 200 g of oyster mushroom, cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 2 tomatoes, purred
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • A pinch of asafoetida (hing)
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly chopped cilantro leaves (for garnish)

How To Make Oyster Mushroom At Home

To make a delicious recipe out of these oyster mushrooms with the ginger, garlic, and onion benefits follow these instructions.

  • Firstly, blend all the ingredients for the paste in a blender to make a smooth paste, add water if needed.
