  • Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take grated paneer.
  • Add carrot,  capsicum and coriander.
  • Additionally add chilli powder, cumin powder and salt if you want.
  • Mix well making sure all the spices are combined well.
  • Now spread green chutney over a bread slice.
  • Spread the prepared paneer stuffing.
  • Then, cover again with bread slice spread with green chutney.
  • Now grill golden brown or toast on tawa.
