- In a pan add sliced onion and chopped green capsicum and saute.
- Now add tomatoes, turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste to the pan. Mix well.
- Now add tomato puree. Mix well and let it cook on a high flame.
- Now add paneer, salt and desired spices. Cook till done.
- Place a chapati on a work top.
- Mix mint-coriander chutney and curd and spread a spoon full of curd-chutney evenly on it.
- Place a spoonful of vegetable filling on one side.
- Now roll the chapati tightly.
- Cut into half and serve immediately.
