Instructions For Homemade Paneer Puff Patties Recipe

Homemade is always best when you enjoy the process of making it. And have a chit-chat about your childhood stories related to the food, because every food has its own story for you.

Let’s focus on how to make paneer patties. To make paneer puff patties, start with the mise-en-place (gather your ingredients before cooking).

Now that your mise-en-place is complete, the next step is getting started with the making of patties.

    • Firstly, in a bowl, add paneer, onion, salt, and kitchen king (optional). Mix it well and keep it aside. You can add small paneer cubes or mashed ones, generally, mashed ones are more in use. All in all, it depends on your preferences.
    • Secondly, take 1 and 1/2 rice sheets and dip them in water, one at a time. Make sure to fully submerge each sheet in the water and let it soak for a minute.
    • Next, take one of the softened rice sheets and place a portion of the paneer filling in the center. Further, sprinkle chopped onions, salt, black pepper, and Kitchen King (optional) over the paneer filling.
    • Then, fold the sides of the sheet over the filling, covering it completely and sealing the filling inside. Now, take the remaining 1/2 rice sheet and wrap it around the previously rolled sheet, overlapping it to create layers and add crispness. Likewise, repeat the process for the remaining patties.
    • Next, air fry the patties at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and crisp. Finally, remove the paneer puff patties from the air fryer.
    • Without delay, enjoy! And serve them with your favorite dip.
