How to make it

The extremely tasty paneer shashlik tikka marries the aroma so well that the flavors burst instantly at the very first bite! It is a healthy meal made of paneer, veggies, and Indian spices.

Paneer Shashlik Tikka

1) Marinate the 80 gms paneer+bell peppers+onions+tomatoes in 1/2 cup hung curd in 1 tbsp besan +other spices ( garlic, ginger, chili powder, black pepper, and salt) and marinate it for 2-3 hours.
2) Take a skewer and pierce all marinated vegetables and paneer alternatively.
3) Place the skewer on the grill tray and grilled it.
4) Serve hot and enjoy your paneer Shashlik tikka.
