Papaya Pancake Recipe

  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • A bowl of papaya mashed or blended into the jar
  • ¼ cup whole wheat flour
  • Add curd to soften the batter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Add 2- dates for sweetening
  • This Papaya pancake recipe is healthy and full of nutrients and can be consumed anytime you feel like it, whether it is morning or evening.

    Papaya Pancake Recipe
    • Place mashed papaya, whole wheat flour rolled oats, baking powder, dates, and curd into a bowl and mash and stir well until smooth and combined.
    • Heat a non-stick frypan on medium heat and add a spray of olive oil.
    • Add ¼ cup of pancake batter to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes then, flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until both sides are golden.
    • Then, place on a plate and repeat with remaining batter.
    • Serve pancakes warm with diced papaya, toasted coconut optional.
