Ingredients
  • Hemp seeds - 1 tbsp
  • 1-inch Knob fresh ginger
  • Cinnamon powder - ¼ tbsp
  • Pear (diced) - 1 nos Baby Spinach - 2 nos
  • Banana
  • Almond milk - 1 ¼ cup
  • This pear banana green smoothie is super delicious and is packed with immunity-enhancing nutrients like ginger, hemp seeds, and cinnamon. Green smoothies are gluten-free and vegan.  It is the perfect seasonal fruit smoothie that is good for detox purposes.

    Pear banana green smoothie
    • Take a blender and put 1 ¼ cup of the almond milk in the blender.
    • In step 2, place all the given ingredients into the blender one by one. 
    • Now, blend the mixture for 30 seconds to 1 minute until it becomes smooth and creamy. Also, make sure there are no lumps in the mixture. 
    • Additionally, put some ice (optional). ENJOY!
