  • 500g petha (ash gourd/white pumpkin)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 green chillies, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped for garnishing
