How long will it take to start seeing results?

Weight loss is a highly personal experience and depends on a lot of factors such as your fitness levels, nutrition, underlying ailments, mental health etc. The timelines, thus, differ from person to person - however, most of Fitelo’s clients have experienced great outcomes for their weight loss goals within 90 days of getting started with our programs.

Can I pause my Fitelo plan?

The pause feature is currently active for our 9-month and 12-month programs

How is Fitelo different from other fitness platforms?

We hate calorie counting, don’t believe in extreme gymming, never recommend supplements and lastly, encourage cheat meals! :)

Let us understand how your Fitelo Live Class Plan’s expiry is calculated

Case 1:

Let us say you purchased a 6 Month Weight Management Core plan on 10th January, 2024

In this plan, you will receive 30 days of Live Classes. These will start from the time you book your first Live Class on the Fitelo App

You booked your first Live Class on 15th January, 2024

Then your Live Classes will expire on 15th January, 2024 + 30 days – that is February 14, 2024

In case you purchase additional live classes – let’s say you like the Live Classes so much that you purchase 60 additional days

Then your Live Classes will expire on 15th January, 2024 + 30 days + 60 days – that is April 14, 2024

Let’s say you pause your Live classes plan for 10 days in between due to a break

Then the Live Class plan expiry date will shift by a further 10 days i.e. April 24, 2024

In between the date of the first booking and the expiry date – you can avail unlimited Live classes

Note: Your Live Classes will mandatorily expire when your Diet Plan expires irrespective of whether you have been able to use all your Live Class Days

Let us say you purchased a 6 Month Weight Management Pro plan on 10th January, 2024

In this plan, you will receive 180 days of Live Classes. These will start from the time you book your first Live Class on the Fitelo App

You booked your first Live Class on 15th January, 2024

Then your Live Classes will expire on 15th January, 2024 + 180 days – that is July 13, 2024

In case you purchase additional live classes – let’s say you like the Live Classes so much that you purchase 60 additional days

Then your Live Classes will expire on 15th January, 2024 + 180 days + 60 days – that is September 11, 2024

Let’s say you pause your Live classes plan for 10 days in between due to a break

Then the Live Class plan expiry date will shift by a further 10 days i.e. September 21, 2024

In between the date of the first booking and the expiry date – you can avail unlimited Live classes
