Ingredients
  • 2- mediums potatoes, boiled, peeled, and grated
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup boiled corns
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2- brown bread slices
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 tsp cooking oil to brush or shallow fry
  • 1/2 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp onion, finely chopped
  • This Potato and Corn Stuffed Roll recipe is hot and crispy and is the ideal snack. Delight your family’s evenings with this desi snack.

    Potato and Corn Stuffed Roll recipe
    • Mix potato, corn, turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, dried mango powder, coriander leaves, pepper, and onion in a bowl.
    • Soak bread slices in it and then squeeze well.
    • Then, put a portion of the potato mixture in the center, bring the ends together, and press to seal. Then, shape them into oval bread rolls.
    • Air fry the bread roll for a healthier option rather than deep-frying it in oil or shallow fry on Tawa.
