How to make it

  1. Rinse pumpkin and cut to two. Peel the skin and grate it.
  2. In a hot pan, add grated pumpkin and fry about 4-5 minutes till the raw smell goes off.
  3. Pour the milk and add cardamom powder. Cook until the milk is absorbed.
  4. Add stevia and cook till the sugar melts and the halwa thickens.
  5. Garnish almonds and serve the pumpkin halwa hot.
  6. ENJOY!
