  • Quinoa - 1/4 cup
  • Chana Flour/Besan - 2 tsp
  • Onion - 1Finely Chopped
  • Finely Chopped Mixed Vegetables - 1 Cup (Tomato, Carrot, Beans, Capsicum)
  • Green Chili - 1
  • Coriander Leaves - 4 to 5 (Finely Chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Ajwain seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee - 1 tsp
  • Water - 1/2 Cup
  • Cumin Seeds - 1/4 tsp
  • This Quinoa chilla recipe is full of all the vitamins and minerals required by your body. It is a great weight loss friendly recipe.

    • Dry roast quinoa for a few minutes. Soak in water for at least 2 hours
    • Discard soaked water from quinoa, put quinoa and green chili pieces in the mixer and grind it. Add little water to make a smooth mixture
    • Pour this ground quinoa mixture into a bowl, add besan, all chopped veggies, cumin seeds, salt, ajwain, mix well
    • Grease pan with little oil, pour the batter on the pan smoothly
    • Sprinkle little oil on the chilla, cook till the lower side is crisp golden brown, and flip them, cook till the other side turns crisp golden brown.
