This Quinoa chilla recipe is full of all the vitamins and minerals required by your body. It is a great weight loss friendly recipe.

- Dry roast quinoa for a few minutes. Soak in water for at least 2 hours
- Discard soaked water from quinoa, put quinoa and green chili pieces in the mixer and grind it. Add little water to make a smooth mixture
- Pour this ground quinoa mixture into a bowl, add besan, all chopped veggies, cumin seeds, salt, ajwain, mix well
- Grease pan with little oil, pour the batter on the pan smoothly
- Sprinkle little oil on the chilla, cook till the lower side is crisp golden brown, and flip them, cook till the other side turns crisp golden brown.
