  • Egg Yolk - 1 beaten

  • Lime Zest - 1
  • Mint Leaves - 2 Tbsp (chopped)
  • Spring Onions - 2 Tbsp (Thinly Sliced)
  • Whole wheat flour - 2 Tbsp
  • Olive Oil Or Ghee - 1/2 Tbsp (olive oil tastes better)
  • For the dip: Hung Curd - 2 Tbsp
  • Red Paprika - 1
  • Pinch Of Black Pepper Powder
  • Oregano - 1 Pinch
  • Coriander Leaves- 2 Tsp (finely chopped)
