  • Milk – 1 Cup Low Fat
  • Water – 1 Cup
  • Quinoa – 1 Cup
  • Apple - 2-3 Peeled or Diced
  • Pomegranate – 1/3 of Cup
  • Almonds – 5-6
  • Walnut - 1
  • Cinnamon Powder - ½ tsp
  • Stevia
  • Loving and delicious, creamy quinoa porridge is a perfect alternative to oatmeal. With only five ingredients required, this yummy and healthy recipe can be made in just 7 minutes and is ideal for filling you up anytime you’re hungry. You can even top it with berries and a sprinkle of quinoa flakes for the perfect protein-filled breakfast or snack.

    How To Make Quinoa Porridge 

    • Firstly, rinse quinoa under running water.
    • Secondly, in a pot, add water and quinoa to bring them to a boil.
    • Then, simmer the heat and let it cook for about 10 minutes until it becomes soft and tender.
    • Now, add milk, apple, pomegranate, almonds, walnuts, and cinnamon powder.
    • Cook it for about 5 minutes.
    • Spoon into the serving bowl 
    • Finally, enjoy your food.
