  • Chickpeas or Lentils - 1 cup
  • Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Chopped Vegetables - 1/2 cup
  • Quinoa - 1/2 cup
  • Carrots - 1/2 cup
  • Green chili - 2 to 3
  • Jeera - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt and Pepper - as per taste
