Ragi wheat Kathi roll

Ingredients
  • Ragi flour 50 % wheat flour 50 % roti
  • 1 tbsp fresh homemade mint chutney without sugar
  • 1/4 tsp white sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp red onion chopped
  • 1 tsp spring onion greens
  • 1/2 tsp fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/2 Green chili finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped capsicum/bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 30 Gms paneer
  • 1 pinch Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp white Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Hung curd
  • 1 salad leaf (lettuce)
  • 1 salad leaf (lettuce)
  • 1 pinch iodized salt
  • 1 pinch black or white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp fresh Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp Olive Oil/desi ghee
  • Ragi wheat Kathi roll recipe is a perfect amalgamation of veggies and mint chutney. These are delicious scrumptious rolls that we all crave.

    How To Make Ragi Wheat Kathi Roll

    For preparation of roti:

    • Take ragi flour and wheat flour in 50-50 ratio, fresh mint chutney, and white sesame seeds into the consistency of dough. Make roti out of it

    For the preparation of stuffing:

    • Saut� oil or ghee for 1-2 min. Now, add onion, spring onion greens, green chili, coriander leaves, and chopped capsicum or bell pepper, and chopped mushrooms till golden brown.
    • Combine diced paneer cubes with vinegar, hung curd, and lemon juice and leave it for 5-7 minutes.
    • Now put a layer of sauteed veggies on ragi wheat sesame roti. Add the marinated chopped paneer cubes on top.
    • Add a salad leaf on the other end and roll into a Kathi roll.
    • Insert a toothpick to seal the roll.
    • Roll and relish with homemade tomato dip.

Moreover, it reduces the level of blood sugar in your body and turns it into insulin. Ragi is best suited when you consume it in the morning. Ragi contains a type of amino acid called Tryptophan that helps you lose weight. Tryptophan reduces your appetite and thus you don�t feel hungry often.
