  • Boiled Kidney beans-1 cup
  • Coriander - 1/3 Cup
  • Onion- 1/3 Cup
  • carrots - 1/3 Cup
  • Garlic - 1/2 Tsp
  • Ginger - 1/2 Tsp
  • Wheat Flour - 1 Cup

    • Firstly, cook the kidney beans or rajma and blend them in a blender well to make a paste out of it.
    • Secondly, in a bowl add rajma paste, coriander, finely chopped carrot, onions, green chilies, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, oil, and wheat flour.
    • Thirdly, mix all ingredients together well to make a dough. Set aside for 15-20 minutes.
    • Then make circular balls of dough and roll them equally from all sides. Cook on a medium flame from both sides.
    • Your bean-stuffed roti is ready to be served hot with a side dish of your preference.
