  • Lauki- 1 cup (100 g)
  • Curd- 250 g
  • Salt- 1 tsp
  • Water- 1 cup
  • Roasted cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted corn is one of the simplest yet yummiest recipes. You can enjoy it as a snack alone or with a steaming hot cup of chai. This heavenly snack will give your heart a flutter and tummy, some good microbes.

    • Firstly, take a large ear of corn or bhutta and remove its husks.
    • Then start grilling the bhutta on the grill or on an open flame at medium heat level.
    • Rotate the corn cob every 30 seconds so that it can be roasted evenly, and none of it gets burnt.
    • Further, take olive oil, salt, red chilli powder, and chaat masala. Mix them well.
    • With the help of an oil brush, apply the seasoning all over it.
    • Lastly, top it off by squeezing out half a lemon juice over it.
    • The yummy roasted corn recipe is ready to serve! Eat it hot.

    If you are using frozen corn instead of bhutta, you can roast the corn in an oven (preheated at 200ºC).
