Safed Petha Juice Recipe
  • Safed Petha Peeled – 1-2
  • Coconut Juice – 1/2cup
  • Lemon Juice – 2-3 Tbsp
  • Black Salt- As per the Taste
  • Safed petha is also popular as ash gourd, wax gourd, white pumpkin, or winter melon. It is quickly becoming a useful and healthy summer vegetable to consume.     How To Prepare Safed Petha Juice

    • To begin with, peel safed petha and de-seed it.
    • Now, cut it into small pieces and put it in a blender.
    • The, blend it until getting a smooth puree.
    • Next step is to strain the puree through a muslin/ cotton cloth and squeeze it well to get the juice.
    • Finally, add coconut juice, 2-3 tbsp of lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and serve it.
